Founder & CEO - David Chapman
Over his 25+ year career, Dave has been helping companies accelerate growth and maximize financial performance for businesses in the wireless, software, professional services and manufacturing industries. He has hands-on experience in corporate finance, treasury management, strategic planning, financial modeling & forecasting, deal evaluation, and IPOs & SEC compliance.
As a CFO, Dave has helped raise over $100 million in capital for VC-backed and early-stage companies such as m-Qube, matchmine and Linkable Networks. He has also managed numerous M&A sell-side and buy-side transactions, including m-Qube's $250 million sale to Verisign. Other notable experiences include his term as a public company CFO for Primix Solutions and earning his CPA during his six years with Deloitte and Touche.

Partner - Martin Glover
Marty Glover is a seasoned executive who has helped technology and services businesses deliver superior results for over 25 years. His professional experiences cover a range of blue chip brands like AT&T and BankBoston to fast-moving consulting companies such as Whittman-Hart and Primix Solutions. For nearly 10 years, Marty served as President & CEO of Burntsand, a Toronto-based business and IT consulting firm, and most recently held the CEO role at Tencap Sports LLC in Kansas City.

Partner - Cassandra Kral-Dillon
Cassandra Kral-Dillon is an experienced finance professional who joined Starter Fluid LLC in 2017. Before joining the company, she was Vice President of Finance at Linkable Networks in Boston. Previously, held financial leadership roles for both venture-backed and public organizations, including global Internet Security leader Versign, global transaction processor Syniverse, e-commerce software company Art Technology Group and mobile gateway service m-Qube.

Partner - Bill Stetter
Bill has served as CFO of six privately-held businesses with annual revenues of up to $80M, where he focused on accelerating growth and maximizing profitability. Three of these companies were backed by private equity firms. Bill has extensive M&A experience on both the buy and sell sides, including three exits that delivered exceptional value to founders and management. Bill began his career with Ernst & Young, where he earned his CPA, and he holds an MBA in Finance from New York University and a BS in Accounting from Fordham University.

Partner - Bob Dennan
Bob is a CFO with a unique combination of financial, operational, strategic and systems experiences that enable him to participate in and facilitate decisions and solutions that impact growth, profitability and company direction. He has successfully guided companies to implement scalable processes and systems that are measurable, sustainable, and consistent with company culture. He provides a steadying influence in times of change and uncertainty that accompany growth.
For the past year Bob has been a fractional CFO for several companies in the SaaS, Consulting Services and Business Services sectors, guiding them through growth, fundraising and implementing financial reporting for improved decision making. His most recent full-time CFO roles have been with 1) Fahrenheit 212, where he led the company to 300% revenue growth, the opening of international offices, and a successful sale to a publicly traded IT Services Company; and 2) an $80M, PE-owned digital media company, where he was brought in to restore the board’s confidence in the company’s performance and direction. The foundation of Bob’s balanced and collaborative perspective has been gained from his varied roles over the years, such as Managing Director of an early stage venture capital firm, a consultant at the international consultancy Accenture, and as the founding CFO and COO at a SaaS concern.
